The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted many aspects of our daily activities, including how we utilize public transportation. To help SEPTA better understand the changing needs and demands of its customers, we invite you to take part in a short online survey. The links below are for the SEPTA COVID-19 Travel Survey: Fall 2020, through which the Authority hopes to glean information on customer sentiment, feedback on the various health and safety measures SEPTA has implemented throughout the system as well as trends and shifts in travel and overall mobility amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
As an essential service provider, SEPTA is very interested in hearing from you. During these unprecedented times, your feedback is essential to helping us improve our services.
