We are in Police District 3 (PSA3). Headquarters are located at 11th & Wharton Sts.

  • We are in Police Service Area 3 (PSA3). PSA3 is headed by Lt. Mirabella who can be reached by email at PSA3 meetings are held monthly and are open to the public. They are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM at the Senior Center 1430 E. Passyunk Ave. Residents have the opportunity to address their concerns directly to Lt. Mirabella.3rd District website:
  • The 3rd District Captain holds a Town Hall meeting for residents of the 3rd District. At the Town Hall residents can address their concerns directly to the Captain. The meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 3rd District Headquarters, 11th & Wharton Sts.
  • LoMo residents also have access to the Captain and the District Attorneys office through the Lomo representative on the Police District Advisory Council.  It meets monthly with the Captain and the Supervising Assistant District Attorney for south Philadelphia. These meetings are not open to the public as they often contain sensitive police information. Residents may address their concerns to They will be forwarded to our representative for discussion at the meeting.
