The Lower Moyamensing Civic Association serves the Lower Moyamensing community. Our boundaries encompass everything from Snyder to Oregon Avenues between Broad Street and 7th Street. LoMo is a community-based, volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life in our neighborhood.
