
LoMo’s Zoning & Planning Committee seeks to provide a voice for our neighborhood on zoning issues that affect the quality of life in our community and to advocate for smart urban planning initiatives.
LoMo has been recognized as a Registered Community Organization (RCO) by the Philadelphia Planning Commission for our focus area: Broad to Eighth Streets, Snyder to Oregon Avenues.

COMMUNITY ZONING MEETINGS ARE HELD:
Currently zoning meetings are held via Zoom on an ad hoc basis as zoning variances are presented to civic association and are listed on LoMo’s calendar when they are scheduled.
