LoMo’s boundaries are within the Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) 3rd District – Public Service Area 3. 3rd District Headquarters are located at 1300 S. 11th Street.
Please use 9-1-1 for any emergency calls. Information regarding suspicious, nuisance and criminal activity to the Philadelphia Police Department can be submitted anonymously online or by calling/texting 215.686.TIPS (8477).
LoMo residents can also submit Roll Call Complaints, which provide a means for informing patrol officers of chronic neighborhood problems or conditions that are not of an emergency nature.

3rd District Town Hall
3rd District Captain Robert Heinzenroth holds a Town Hall meeting for residents of the 3rd District. At the Town Hall residents can address their concerns directly to the Captain. The meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month via Zoom.
