REGARDING THE PROPOSED The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia City of Philadelphia Family Care Center The City of Philadelphia and CHOP are planning to join forces to provide health care to South Philadelphia adults and children in a unique arrangement that will include a new library and recreation center.  This meeting is being held to provide an update on the project and proposed construction plans.
