It was great to see so many neighbors at the December 18 Zoning Committee Meeting regarding preliminary plans to redevelop the old “Brush Factory” at 12th & Jackson into luxury style apartments with onsite amenities including a fitness center and maybe even a “green roof.”
This was just the first of what will likely be several meetings about this project, so there will be more opportunities for community input in the future if you weren’t able to make this meeting.
