The aim of the PWD’s Spokesdog Contest is to keep waterways clean by encouraging dog owners to pick up after their pup. Winners will represent our neighborhood at at least 2 events, handing out tips on keeping sidewalks & storm drains poop-free, and giving away free dog-waste bags. (Because conscientious dog owners don’t want to be caught empty-handed!)
The deadline to enter is May 15. Enter online at PhillyWatersheds.org. Finalists will be selected by online voting from June 1 to July 31. Look for them at the LoMo Flea Market on April 26th from 9-2!
