LoMo won the Garden of Distinction Award from the Philadelphia Horticulture Society. Jean Merritt (left) and Paula Werner (right) accepted the award on behalf of LoMo at the awards ceremony on November 14th.
Recipients from all over city who create and maintain gardens of all shapes and sizes, types – flowers, vegetables, herbs – private and public, got to meet, share ideas and celebrate over appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert, all gourmet of course.
