The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is holding a Naloxone (Narcan) Giveaway Day on Thursday, December 13th from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm at the South Philadelphia Library as part of Stop Overdoses in PA Week. Each individual will be able to get one kit (2 doses per kit) and no personal information will be collected.
