The South Philadelphia Book Fiesta offers you the chance to win a $50 or $30 Target gift card, or a one-year family membership to the Philadelphia Zoo, plus events, music, art activities, and more.
The fiesta will be Saturday, October 19 from 11 am to 3 pm. But first, pick up your fiesta pass at the Fumo Family Library or any South Philadelphia Library branch. Next, get your passport stamped at any branch while enjoying the exhibits, demonstrations, music, and refreshments. Finally, fill out a short survey and turn it in to get your raffle ticket for Book Fiesta prizes. You may fill out a raffle ticket at each library you visit.
End the day at the Chew Recreational Center with a barbecue, games, music, storytime and giveaways, including free books and Fresh Grocer gift cards. Winners will be contacted by phone or email on Friday, Oct. 25.
