On Friday, March 19th, from 10am to 4pm, the City’s Health Department will be administering 500 COVID-19 vaccines at EOM, 144 Moore St., for those in categories 1a and 1b. These categories include those over 65 years of age, those with high risk health conditions, front-line essential workers, teachers, and those in food service industries. To register use the link below. If you do not have access to a computer, you can call 311 to get registered. Feel free to contact Councilman Squilla’s office if you have questions or concerns. Enjoy the weekend.
This link only connects to the general vaccine interest form, which many of us filled out a while ago. Do you have any questions as to how we can sign up for this particular vaccination event?
Sorry about that. I’ll reach out to Councilman Squilla’s office and will share response when I hear back. Patti
There is not a specific link for a vaccine at the EOM site, but we are being told Health will pull from the zip codes of those who registered on this site who are eligible and live close to EOM. Health will send an email or call to set up the appointment.
