Let’s Celebrate A Great South Philly Greenspace!

The Meadows at South Philly’s FDR Park are an incredible outdoor open space, with wild fields and parklands that offer hours of enjoyment for visitors to hike, jog, picnic, walk their dog or explore with friends and family members alike. Yet city officials are pushing a destructive proposal that could decimate a huge swath of this great public park and turn it into artificial turf soccer fields, paved roads, buildings and other infrastructure.

Let’s get together to show the City of Philadelphia that their constituents want to keep this beloved park wild.
