Lower Moyamensing Civic Association

The vacant building (factory), was used to make paint brushes from the 1920’s until 2005.  The factory closed in 2005 and remains vacant.  Tony Rufo (Developer) proposes to convert the factory into 164 market rate, residential apartments.  He needs our support before he appears before the Zoning Board of Adjustments (the ZBA date is TBA).
