After you visit the LoMo Flea Market, head over the the Mifflin Square Alliance Festival at 6th St between Wolf and Ritner. It runs from 4 – 8 PM. A wonderful afternoon awaits, including: live music and storytelling, hands-on activities for kids, tips from the Trash Academy on keeping the neighborhood clean, educational workshops, plus food trucks and a South Philly Food Contest! There will be picnic spaces for families to enjoy meals together. This event is being organized by the Playgrounds for Useful Knowledge committee in collaboration with a diverse group of individuals and civic organizations (including LoMo) in South Philadelphia.
