LoMo is working with the Planning Commission and Councilman Squilla’s office to update our neighborhood’s zoning map as part of the Philadelphia 2035 planning process. By getting feedback from LoMo residents the city can expedite the process in updating the zoning codes for our neighborhood based on what we envision for the use and beautification of LoMo.
Want to know how those boarded up car garages can become housing? Commercial retail? Then come on out to the next LoMo General Meeting and provide your input on the matter.
