Did you know that the Philadelphia City Commissioners have multiple satellite offices open across Philadelphia to make voting early even easier?. These offices are open Monday-Thursday, 11:30AM to 6:3PM; Friday-Sunday, 9:30AM to 4:30PM. Voters can apply for a mail-in ballot in person, receive their ballot, complete their ballot, and return it, all in one visit! Locations are listed on the City Commissioners website.
